When visiting Honduras the trip can be as exciting as the destination, with winding mountain roads shrouded in jungle greenery still dripping from the latest shower. When the inevitable hunger pangs strike you may have to settle for whatever is available, however with a modicum of vigilance it's pretty easy to avoid the dreaded "Morazan's Revenge" and have a delightfully authentic and delicious meal.
